The 313 Academy was formed in 2008 to specifically to increase player's lacrosse skills and teach techniques in the off-season. Players experience a great learning atmosphere and will substantially advance their skills. Our proven system keep players in small groups featuring a high level of personal attention from a highly knowledgeable staff. Players are grouped according to age and experience and engage in a curriculum designed from the by the 313 staff that utilizes modern drills used by NCAA programs.

The 313 Lacrosse Academy instructors include current and former professional players, NCAA players and colligate level coaches who are experienced at teaching the finer points of the game. Through our progressive series of clinics, players will build fundamental skills and learn the mechanics and techniques used at the highest levels. SKILL DEVELOPMENT CLINICS Image

In these clinics we teach players in grades 3-9 the fundamental skills used to compete at the next level. Players develop through numerous repetitions, demonstrations, and game like situations. Players improve on grounds balls, shooting, dodging, stick work, and defensive footwork. These clinics are not recommended for first timer players. Having the ability to catch and throw the ball is required to be able to run our drills. FALL (Session 1) (Nov, Dec) and WINTER (Session 2) (Jan, Feb, Mar)

HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL TRAINING
OFF SEASON TRAINING IS MANDATORY FOR SUCCESS

TEAM TRAINING

Indoor training in the off-season is undeniably the best way to get ready for a great spring high school season. These up-tempo clinics have sold out annually since 2009. The 313 Academy is the standard for HS level off-season training in the region, with a program that is designed to collectively build the skill levels of Varsity bound players. Instructors consist of current and former NCAA players and collegiate coaches, who flat out know the game. Players experience a weekly intense dynamic workout with an extremely high level of repetitions. Two sessions are available FALL - (Session 1) (November & December) and WINTER (Session 2) (January, February, March) Grades 10, 11, 12
